A family unit consists of 2 adults and their minor children.

Cannot be used during holidays, the Iola Car Show or with any other discounts.

All daily and monthly rates and additional fees are subject to sales tax.

All of the prices listed are effective January 1, 2024.

Rates are based on 1 family unit and 1 sleeping unit per site.

A deposit of 50% of the camping fees or a credit card on file is required for all reservations.  The deposit must be received within one week after making your reservation.  All reservations without deposits will not be held.  Cancellations must be received two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date and are subject to administrative fees of $10.00 per site.  If less than two weeks, no refunds or deposits will be given. 

FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT CHECK IN - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Camping is an outdoor experience.  Therefore, we DO NOT give refunds due to the discomforts of nature.  We schedule staff and plan activities based on reservations.  Understand that we cannot be held responsible for the weather, illness, work schedule or other situations affecting our guests and therefore, enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.

No refunds will be given for early departure.

There is $30.00 for NSF checks.

Sites may be requested and we will do our best to accomodate

but cannot guarantee site numbers.
