All daily & monthly rates, seasonal fees and additional fees include sales tax.  All of the prices listed are effective January 1, 2026.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Rates are based on 2 adults and their minor children and 1 sleeping unit per site.

A deposit of 50% of the camping fees or a credit card on file is required for all reservations.  The deposit must be received within one week after making your reservation.  All reservations without deposits will not be held. 

Cancellations must be received two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.  If less than two weeks, no refunds or deposits will be given unless the site can be reserved to someone else.  FULL PAYMENT IS DUE AT CHECK IN - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Camping is an outdoor experience.  Therefore, we DO NOT give refunds due to the discomforts of nature.  We schedule staff and plan activities based on reservations.  Understand that we cannot be held responsible for the weather, illness, work schedule or other situations affecting our guests and therefore, enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.

No refunds will be given for early departure.

There is $30.00 for NSF checks.

but cannot guarantee site numbers.
